Our Mission
At RN With You LLC, we believe in the power of delivering quality healthcare coaching to the homeless community in Nashville. We go to them, wherever they are, to follow up and make sure they are doing well and following up on their plans. We provide transportation and assistance for the homeless population, as well as management and coaching for their care. With 28 years of experience, we have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure the homeless community in Nashville receives the care they need.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to the homeless community in Nashville. We provide transportation and coaching towards the implementation of discharge planning. This leads to a decrease in recidivism and individuals returning to homelessness. We also provide consultation and case management for those with psychiatric issues to ensure they get the care they need and follow up on it.
